What does it cost to become a member of PeopleFiles.com? For $39.95 you can join our site and get unlimited access to our Members' Area where you can do your research.
Will you tell the person I'm searching that I searched them? No. Your use of our site is completely confidential.
How long does it take to do an investigation? It depends on what you're trying to find out, and
who you're looking up. Easy searches can be done by some members in seconds; others take longer. After you use our Members' Area for a while, you will
get a feel for it.
After I become a member, are all the searches
in the Members' Area free? We do have lots of free databases, resources, and search sites
available in the Members' Area, but in an effort to provide you
with as many databases, resources, and search sites as possible, we also include numerous fee-based
databases, resources, and search sites as well. The value of our service is that we have located
all of these databases, resources, and search sites for you and have put them all together in
one easy-to-use place so you don't have spend many hours
on your own hunting them all down one by one.
Do you provide assistance with the searches? Our system is set up to make it very easy for you to do your own searches by yourself. In order to use our system, you need to be able to do the work yourself.
What is your guarantee? Our payment processor will, at its option, replace or repair any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final.
Is the $39.95 rebilled monthly? Or is it
a one-time fee? The membership fee of $39.95 is charged
once only. We will never charge you again. |
